The first time that i heard about the Coaching program and the Holiday camp program, i was not that much excited due to my reasons that when someone is in one state of mind they cannot change, either characteristic or how they behave. But ill tell you now the camp it self its just a MIRACLE, it happened through my own eyes. The change and the benefits from this camp is just unbelievable. I mean me from not believing to convince that this will work, this is the camp that will be recognised as one of the greatest motivational camp ever. The bonus that i got from the camp was the program also changed me. I became a better person in managing my time wise and also achieving my goals for a better reasult in the future. - It requires more than 4 days and 3 nights energy, but a willingness to sacrifice and help others is the mainpoint.
Coach Alvin
changing people, motivate people, encourage people yes I know it's a good thing that's why I joined in BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT that it's like that. The experience, the atmosphere and to see people especially youngsters change their point of view at that exact moment.
Coaching itself does not always about changing others, it also change ourselves, the way we live, we think especially the way we act or response to everything in this life. THAT'S what COACH all about sharing our experience to others and help them to develope while at the same time we can learn new experience from them.
COACHING is very different from TEACHING. Because coaching is more personal and it's a two way experience, well that is from my point of view at least :)
So yes this Programme itself not just change the kids, it also changes me the whole lot. And I am very gratefull up till this very moment to have that experience, for now I can motivate others more encouraging and I can set a strong focus to reach my goals.

First of all...the camp was great, before I joined the camp I didn’t know anything about the camp, it got me very2 blank, but after I decided to joined as a coach in the first IGB, on July 2006, I had a great moment ever in my life! The campreally2 changed me. I met a lot of kids during the camp, lots of experience, lots of new faces of friends..i learnt a lot about new methods on how to handle any kind of situations, how to handle kids, and how to handle problems of life..i really2 love it.. the camptought me to think positively as well..the way I see things also change, because Adam tought us that if we cant then we MUST! Soooo..for me I think it’s a very good statement that what Adam mentioned.. first when I joined the camp as a coach I also blank about how to handle kids, coz I’ve never experienced how to handle kids before. But then after I met the kids, first day is quite hard, but after entering the second day till the last day, hoaaa…you will experience a great day and moment of your life ever! Trust me…I’ve been through it..how’s that huh?! Hehhee…well anyway that’s all for my little testimonial as a coach in IGB 1…from Indonesia..we shout…HIIIII!! =)
Independent Learning Program The Ilp of first season kicked off really well, these photos are our last ILP session which is their tenth session. Guyz iam so proud of you and please keep the spirit ALIVE! and dont forget "Iam Gifted and So Are You".
